Put AI where the return is. Then measure it.
For teams that have the AI tools and are still waiting for the return. We work with one department at a time, turn the work it repeats into Claude skills, and measure the result against where you started.
If we’re the wrong fit, we’ll say so.
A Figma plugin, from idea to proof of concept
From about a month to under an hour. Murphy O’Rourke, designer at VGV.
Adopting AI is easy. Getting a return is the work.
Licenses are the cheap part. What moves the numbers is choosing where AI goes first, fitting it into the way each team already works, and knowing afterwards whether it paid off.
Every team at VGV works this way now.
Before we enable your teams, we enabled ours. Engineering, design and marketing all run on Claude skills we built for our own work.
- Design Designers build their own tools Proof-of-concept work on a Figma plugin that took about a month now takes under an hour. How a VGV designer codes with AI
- Engineering Our workflow, in the open Wingspan runs every change through brainstorm, plan, build and review, with five review agents on every build. VGV Wingspan
- Marketing Our own website We moved this site from Webflow to Astro with Claude in under two weeks, across 309 pages. Migrating VGV from Webflow to Astro
We’re part of the Claude Partner Network, and our engineers are getting certified as Claude Certified Architects.
One department at a time, with the baseline written down first.
Each step hands the next one something written down, so the return is measured, not guessed.
- 01
A hands-on session
A working Claude session with the team, on their own work. We map where their time goes and write the baseline down.
- 02
Workflows into skills
The work the team repeats becomes Claude skills they can run themselves, built around how they already work.
- 03
An agentic build, if it earns it
Where a task is worth handing to an agent end to end, we build it, with a guardrail on every action.
- 04
Governance
Access, data handling and review rules set up with your IT team, so the new way of working is one they can support.
Before the first session.
01 How is this different from the AI & Strategy Workshops?
The workshops end with a plan you can fund. AI Enablement puts AI into a team’s daily work and measures what it changed.
02 Where does AI usually pay off first?
In the work a team repeats every week: drafts, reports, reviews, handoffs. That’s where the first skills go, because the baseline is easy to measure.
03 How do you measure the return?
Against a baseline written down in the first session: the hours, the turnaround or the throughput the work is meant to move.
04 Does this replace our people?
No. Your people keep the judgment and the decisions. The skills take the repetitive part of their work, so they get time back for the part only they can do.
05 What does our IT team need to approve?
Which tools each team uses, what data those tools can reach, and who reviews what. Governance is its own step, so nothing goes live without them.
06 Who owns the skills you build?
You do. The skills, the workflow setup and the IP are yours.
We’ll care about your success as much as you do.
