In-vehicle displays are fixed, thermally constrained, and built for automotive grade reliability. We design for the frame budget first.

  1. In-vehicle infotainment Flutter IVI on real automotive hardware, the kind we have shipped with Toyota.
  2. Multi-display experiences One codebase for the cluster, the center screen, and the passenger display.
  3. Race-day and fan experiences Telemetry, live tracking, and venue screens built to survive a congested network.
  4. Racing data and AI Analytics that turn lap data into something a driver can act on, as with Valkyrie.ai.

    A 30-minute call

Bring the app, the repo if you can share it, and any release or launch date we should know about.

  2. 02

    A written summary

What we heard, what we would do first, who from our side would do it, and an estimate.

What automotive teams ask before the first call.

Each answer points at work you can read on this site. Anything else, bring it to the first call.

01 Has VGV shipped Flutter in a production vehicle?

Yes. We have shipped Flutter-powered in-vehicle infotainment with Toyota, and in 2026 we joined Automotive Grade Linux to contribute to Flutter on automotive hardware.

02 How is building for a car different from building for a phone?

The display is a fixed panel, the hardware is locked down and thermally constrained, and the operating system is built for automotive grade reliability. Frame budgets, rendering pipelines, and certification all change.

03 Can Flutter handle real-time data at the track?

Yes. For Trackhouse Racing we built a pit box iPad app with live telemetry, in-car video, and race tracking, backed by a local server that keeps streams running under race-day network congestion.

04 Do you work with racing data and AI?

Yes. With Valkyrie.ai we built a driver-first analytics platform for lap-by-lap comparisons and in-race strategy support.
