What is GenUI

GenUI builds the screen at runtime, not at design time.

Most products show every user the same fixed page, built months before anyone opened the app. GenUI assembles the interface around who each person is and what they need, in the moment. For the product leader, that means personalization at scale, without hand-building a separate screen for every case.

Read the VGV guide to GenUI

Built for the task in front of the user

The screen reflects what the user is trying to do right now, not a page designed for the average case.

Assembled in real time

The model puts together the buttons, charts, and forms on the spot, the way a good assistant would sketch what a person actually needs.

Adapts as the product grows

The interface changes as user needs change, so the product stays simple to use even as it does more.

Use case ideas

Where GenUI fits.

Any product that asks a person to choose, fill in, or plan has room for a generative surface. Nine plays across three industries, each one a screen from an app someone already ships. Bring one of these, or one of your own. Our in-house brands carry the demos.

The phone is one surface. GenUI composes them all.

Different customers bank in different ways. GenUI recomposes the experience for every surface, from a laptop to the kiosk in your branch lobby, delivering the right interface at the right moment.

GenUI composed this

Bank of VGV is our in-house demo brand, built to show what GenUI can do. In a real deployment, every surface is composed from your brand’s design system, components, and content.

Who it's for

For anyone ready to move their AI experience beyond plain text responses.

This is for the person who has to move a GenUI idea from interest to an approved investment, and who needs a broader leadership team on board before anything gets built. No engineering background required.

  • You lead product, or you lead innovation, at your company.
  • You see where an adaptive interface changes your roadmap.
  • You need sign-off from a broader leadership team before anything gets built.

Why we built this

Too many GenUI projects die between the demo and the decision.

The hard part is proving where adaptive interfaces belong in the product and what they'll cost, to people who never saw the demo.

That proof requires product strategy and engineering estimates built together. In most companies, nobody owns that work.

The Accelerator exists to own it. Six weeks, VGV and L+R in the same room, strategy and cost estimate built side by side.

What you walk away with

Six weeks. Two deliverables your board can act on.

Live workshops

Two 90-minute sessions a week with the VGV and L+R teams, plus 1:1 office hours in between.

Your own use case

In week two, your team picks one opportunity from your own product. Every session after builds on that pick, not a canned example.

A GenUI demo

Built on your use case, in your brand.

An executive brief

The problem, the demo, the investment required, and the path to production, in a form you can hand to your board.

How the six weeks run

Six weeks, from fundamentals to a funded case.

  1. Week 1

    What is GenUI

Align on GenUI fundamentals and how adaptive interfaces work.

  2. Week 2

    Confirm the problem

Pick one real opportunity from your product and confirm the problem it solves.

  3. Week 3

    Design the solution

Design the solution around that opportunity, in your brand.

  4. Week 4

    Define the configuration

Define the configuration and technical approach the demo will run on.

  5. Week 5

    Build the demo

Build the demo with the VGV and L+R teams in the room.

  6. Week 6

    Finalize the demo

Finalize the demo and the executive brief that makes the case to your board.

Applications close September 5. Next cohort starts October 5, 2026.

Who runs it

One team in the room, not a handoff between two firms.

Very Good Ventures

Very Good Ventures (VGV) is Google's top-recommended Flutter firm, with 250+ projects delivered for brands including Toyota and Universal. VGV brings the GenUI engineering and a record of shipping production Flutter applications at enterprise scale.

L+R (Levin+Riegner) is a strategy and design firm with experience in brand and digital product work. L+R brings the strategy, the foundational design, and years of running executive workshops.

The same VGV and L+R people are in every session from week one, so nothing gets handed off between firms or lost in translation.

The Accelerator runs virtually, open to teams anywhere. Teams who prefer to meet in person can join sessions at L+R's studios in Brooklyn, Barcelona, or Doha.

Product leaders don't need another GenUI demo. They need a credible answer to what it would look like in their product and what it would cost. Working with L+R lets us put strategy, design, and engineering in the same room to answer that.
Alessandra Valenti Head of Partnerships, Very Good Ventures
The organizations that win with GenUI will be the ones that treat it as a product decision, not a technical experiment. This partnership is built around that idea.

FAQ

Questions before you apply

What is the GenUI Accelerator?

A six-week program from VGV and L+R. Each team brings one real use case from its own product and leaves with a GenUI demo built on that use case, plus an executive brief written to make the case to fund it.

Who should attend?

Heads of product, CPOs, and innovation leads who need to move GenUI from interest to an approved investment. No engineering background required.

What's the time commitment?

Two live 90-minute sessions a week, plus 1:1 office hours in between, for six weeks.

Do we have to meet in person?

No. The program runs virtually, open to teams anywhere. Teams who prefer in-person sessions can meet at L+R's studios in Brooklyn, Barcelona, or Doha.

How does selection work?

Cohorts stay small on purpose. Applications are read as they come in, not batched at the deadline.

What happens after week six?

You leave with a demo and a brief built to fund it. If your team is ready to build, VGV and L+R can stay on as one team, from strategy through delivery.

When does the next cohort start?

October 5, 2026. Applications close September 5, or when the cohort fills. Applying takes about three minutes.
