As the VP of People & Legal, Meghan focuses on ensuring our talented employees have what they need to do their best work and overseeing VGV’s legal and compliance needs. She has over 15 years of experience in blended legal and HR roles, with a focus on scaling startups. She’s a believer in transparency, human goodness, and pragmatism, and loves the dynamism involved in a growing global business like VGV. A graduate of Whitman College and the University of Washington School of Law, she is a diehard northwester who abstains from umbrellas, finds comfort in socks and birkenstocks, and will swim in the Sound as soon as it hits 70°.
