Right now, we have

So start with Flutter Expertise

Migration to Flutter

Every feature ships twice, in Swift and in Kotlin. Move to one codebase a flow at a time, with no freeze.

So start with Flutter Expertise

Flutter Enablement

Hands-on training, code review and architecture guidance, until your engineers build features in Flutter themselves.

So start with Generative UI (GenUI)

Generative UI development

The screen is composed at runtime from your own components, inside the guardrails your team sets.

Agent Apps

Put your product inside Claude and ChatGPT, with your own interface, your data and your rules.

So start with AI Product Development

Digital Products

Bring the half-finished idea. One pod builds it with AI, strategy to ship, and the repo is yours from the first commit.

So start with AI Product Development

AI & Strategy Workshops

Two weeks to a path you can fund, in hands-on sessions with our strategists and engineers.

So start with AI Product Development

AI Enablement

Find where AI pays off in how you build and run the product, put it to work, and measure it against the baseline.

Agentic AI

An agent does the work. The product decides what it’s allowed to touch.

Every service belongs to one of three practices.

Pick the practice by where the product is, then the service by the job in front of you.

  1. 01 Two native teams

    Flutter Expertise

One codebase, and one fewer thing keeping you up at night.

  2. 02 An app that should adapt

    Generative UI (GenUI)

Personalization changed the content. It did not change the screen.

  3. 03 No app yet

    AI Product Development

Bring the half-finished idea. That’s our favorite kind.

Every engagement runs the same way, whichever practice it starts in. How we work

The work we ship today becomes the foundation others build from tomorrow. Race day included.

Still deciding where to start?

Six short answers. Anything else, bring it to the first call.

01 Which service do we need?

Start from what is true today. Two native apps point to Flutter Expertise. An app that should change for each person points to Generative UI (GenUI). An idea with no app yet points to AI Product Development. If none of those fits, the first call sorts it out in thirty minutes.

02 How do we choose between Flutter Expertise and AI Product Development?

Ask who touches the code after we leave. If your engineers will maintain it line by line, it is Flutter Expertise. If the product keeps being built with AI, it is AI Product Development.

03 Can we hire you for one piece, like a design system or a workshop?

Yes. Design Systems and the AI & Strategy Workshops each stand on their own.

04 Does everything have to be Flutter?

No. Flutter Expertise is Flutter by definition. In AI Product Development the technology is chosen for the product. The Trackhouse race-day pipeline is written in Rust.

05 Who owns what you build?

You do. The code and the IP are yours from the first commit, and your engineers pair with ours so the work carries on after we leave.

06 How does an engagement start?

With a 30-minute call. Laura or Greg takes it. Afterwards you get a written summary of what we heard, what we would do first, who would do it and an estimate. If we are not the right fit, it says so.

We’ll care about your success as much as you do.

Our unicorns read every message and reply, usually the same day.
