I have been a Virtual CFO for up to 15 small-to-mid-size companies since 2015. Focus is on managing the business to meet minimum net profit margins, 10%+. This is done by analyzing Key Performance Indicators and forecasting out a minimum of 24 months. I also help with cash management to develop tax reserves and cash reserves to improve the companies financial stability. Additionally, I meet with the client weekly as part of the leadership team strategizing direction and growth. I help companies scale their business.
