She has been a Virtual CFO for up to 15 small-to-mid-size companies since 2015. Her focus is on managing the business to meet minimum net profit margins, 10%+. This is done by analyzing Key Performance Indicators and forecasting out a minimum of 24 months. She also helps with cash management to develop tax reserves and cash reserves to improve the companies financial stability. Additionally, she meets with us weekly as part of the leadership team strategizing direction and growth. She helps companies scale their business.
