Ah September! The leaves begin to change colors, the air gets cooler, and pumpkin spice everything hits the shelves. It’s also one short month before Digital Ocean’s Hacktoberfest!
We look forward to this event every year because we believe that open source is vital to software development. Without it, we wouldn’t be able to solve tough challenges, make awesome friends, or even be able to build apps with Flutter.
Our team is deeply invested in the open source community, whether it’s creating our own packages like very_good_analysis, contributing to existing code, or supporting open source libraries like bloc.
This year, we plan to host two events to showcase our 💙 for open source software and encourage the Flutter Community to participate in Hacktoberfest. Join us!
